NASIL TRANSCRİPT ALABİLİRSİNİZ?

• Transcript ücreti: Yurt içinden başvurularda "Öğrenci Kopyası" için 4 YTL., "Resmi Kopya" için 6 YTL. ödenmelidir. Yurt dışından başvurularda her kopya için 10 ABD $ ilgili hesap numarasına havale edilmelidir. Havale ücreti öğrenciye aittir. Ödeme dekontunun üzerine bölüm ve öğrenci numarası yazılmalı ve ödeme dekontu Öğrenci İşleri Dairesi Başkanlığı'na elden veya posta/faks yolu ile iletilmelidir.

• Resmi transcriptler: Resmi Transcript hazırlanması için resmi transcript başvuru formu doldurulması gerekir. Resmi Transcriptler posta adresine, ÖİDB tarafından postalanabilir veya kapalı zarf içinde elden alınarak öğrenci tarafından postalanabilir.

• Hazırlanan transcriptler: Transcriptler iki gün içinde ÖİDB'den alınabilir. Transcript, öğrencinin isteği halinde adresine postalanabilir , imzalı dilekçesinin bulunması durumunda bir başkası tarafından alınabilir.

Transcript Fee: Fee amounts are as follows: For domestic applications: student copy 4 YTL, official copy 6 YTL. For the applications from abroad: 10 US $ for each copy should be transferred to the relevant bank account. Transfer fee is supposed to be paid by the student. . ID number and department of the applicant student must be written on the bank receipt. The bank receipt should be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by hand or post/fax.

Official Transcripts: To request an official transcript, students need to fill out the official transcript request form. Students can both take their official transcript in sealed envelope and send it themselves or the Registrar’s Office will send the transcript to the address indicated by regular post.

To pick it up: Students can pick up their transcripts from the Registrar’s Office in two days. Transcripts can be sent to the student’s address if requested. To let someone else pick up the transcript students need to give a letter of consent to the person, who will pick it up.
